Just completed a significant renovation with Tinker Homes and I can't say enough good things about the team. I'm so grateful that we were able to navigate what can be a really emotional, stressful, and expensive journey with total trust in our partner. Highlights include: - we are a busy, slightly disorganized family who had never done a renovation before - the Tinker team held us together: they were extremely transparent, responsible, responsive, always punctual and never, never wasted time - they accomplished a thoughtful, respectful and high-quality gut of an old home, seeking every opportunity to preserve what is great about the house while updating and improving - I always appreciated their pragmatic assessments of our bad, expensive ideas (vaulted ceiling! laundry chute!) which kept us on track, in both finances and schedule - Speaking of, i was always impressed by their highly organized and transparent finances - pre-emptive flagging of potential delays or blockers so we could prioritize - they never postponed or hedged around bad news or hesitated to let us know when we needed to accelerate a decision - The house is gorgeous, and all of the work is of the highest quality - I always appreciated their enthusiasm for the project and the house - the problem solving and execution were part of an adventure, and not just a giant slog to get through Thank you, Tinker Homes, for your fabulous partnership - we are so grateful to have been able to work with you!!
