Call it a musician’s dream. While constructing this home, our team coined it Jazz House because our clients were jazz musicians. There were many unique features about this custom home. The downstairs featured a custom music room with glass garage doors leading to the backyard, combining the indoor space and covered outdoor space when the owners wanted.
A hand-made custom open glulam staircase with a solid oak handrail suspended over an indoor coy pond in the home’s front entrance. Floor to ceiling windows created magnificent lighting.
A unique screened-in porch/breakfast nook on the second floor added an industrial aspect to the adjacent modern kitchen. The outdoor eating space featured exposed metal beams, standing seam metal roofing, and a solar system with battery backup.
