Renovation of this HOA clubhouse with beautiful views featured new enlarged windows facing Pikes Peak, replacement of a deck that was not up to code, custom fireplace and surrounding stone with live edge wood mantel found in the Rocky Mountains, bathroom remodel with custom wood vanity countertop, and a new open concept kitchen and gathering space.
