Tinker Homes is excited to announce a collaboration with the architectural firm Yard Stick Studio, Fox Hill Equestrian. Tinker Homes is currently working on renovating an equestrian center about 45 minutes south of Denver. This project will be completed in phases. The first phase is to rework the hay barn to be useable storage for hay, a loading dock, and a covered manure storage area.
Phase two will be adding multi-purpose water storage tanks providing a water truck filling station for the animals’ drinking water, arena maintenance, and water in case of a fire.
There will be a new six car workshop with a staff break area, attached to a new 12 stall barn for the llamas, and Caretaker living quarters created above. Tinker Homes will re-work the existing indoor riding arena and tack rooms to make them more usable adding wash stalls and staff offices. A new front entry to the property with a new circle driveway will be built, along with an office looking out on the Rocky Mountains.
These improvements will create a cohesive feel to the property from the minute you enter the grounds.
