Eastwatch House is possibly the most unique house Tinker Homes has ever built. From start to finish on this project it was crucial that Tinker Homes and the architectural team of F9 Productions were on the same page every step of the way.
This stunning home at 8,190’ in elevation, features hand placed tongue and groove ceilings throughout the interior, floor to ceiling Sierra Pacific windows in the great room, master bedroom and hallway, a custom designed Onsen bathtub, polished heated concrete floors throughout including the garage, COR-TEN metal siding, Ipe Brazilian hardwood decking with custom wire railing, and a real brick wall in the hallway that gathers heat from the sun through the large windows, then releases the heat slowly throughout the night.
