Tinker Homes brought this house from the 1990’s to present day! Our team raised the step-down living room and dining room to leveling the entire first floor. The kitchen remodel featured one of the longest residential islands we have ever installed to date at seventeen feet with a custom walnut butcher block. The master bathroom was completely renovated with white cabinets, marble countertops, and a walk-in California Closet.
