An initial estimate helps you realize whether or not you can afford the scope of your project before you submit your construction documents to cities and receive hard bids. An initial estimate is one of the first things you need to discuss with Tinker Homes at the beginning of every new project.
.
This video is packed with information about initial estimates. However, if you have more questions Tinker Homes is here to help you.

COVID-19 Pandemic

4/26/2020

Dear Clients and Colleagues,

The Tinker Homes team would like to update everyone about our current business practices in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have several projects at different stages and would like to inform everyone on our position moving forward during this unusual business climate.

In a March 22nd press conference, Colorado Governor Jared Polis ordered all non-essential workplaces to cut their hours in half. He also stated that exempt from this order are critical workplaces, including the construction industry. The following day, Denver’s mayor issued a similar order and today Jefferson and Adams County. As far as Tinker Homes is aware, all permits submitted to cities will continue to be pushed forward.

Tinker Homes is confident continuing work on all projects knowing that suppliers and sub-contractors are included under the critical workplace umbrella. While we continue moving projects forward, we will be practicing responsible social distancing and disinfecting all job sites intensively.

More than ever, we believe in the strength of our communities and are here to answer all questions. Please feel free to reach out at any time.

Sincerely,

Tinker Homes Team
