Tinker Homes has extensive experience building turn-key assisted living and memory care homes in Colorado, making us the premier builder in the Denver Metro and Front Range areas. A typical project consists of sixteen bedrooms and nineteen bathrooms, providing individual private space for residents, but also offering common areas for gatherings and a more intimate, homey feel.

Our team recognizes the important life safety measures, ADA requirements, fire department, and building code requirements needed to build high-end, turn-key, fully functioning assisted living homes.  We have completed both remodels and ground up homes in recent years in Arvada, Lakewood, Morrison, Federal Heights, and Aurora, to name a few.

memory care

Memory Care homes are locked facilities, and they require similar but slightly varying regulations than Assisted Living homes. Tinker Homes and our team understand the complexities and regulations required to create these homes.
