This project was a full, down-to-the-studs remodel on all three floors of this 1908 Historic Treasure. There is not an inch Tinker Homes did not touch. For this home, we also fully landscaped the front and back yard. The home’s design featured horizontal wire stair railings inside, Sierra Pacific windows and doors, and varying width white oak floors on the main level. We kept a touch of charm in the upstairs bedrooms by keeping the 110-year-old pine flooring and refinishing it. Mirroring new and old throughout the home can be seen everywhere from the fireplace, to keeping some of the existing leaded glass windows. This home is a treasure chest of modern charm.
